Pop-up Nanny Registration

This form is for parents/guardians who wish to register their child(ren) for the complimentary Pop-Up Nanny service provided by Kiddocare during the Konvensyen Wanita Selangor 2025 at Shah Alam Convention Centre.

By filling & submitting this form, you agree to the following:

This Pop-Up Nanny service is FREE and only available to event participants of the Konvensyen Wanita Selangor 2025.
Children accepted: 2 to 12 years old only.
Parents/guardians must stay on-site at the venue during the session and remain reachable at all times.
All children must arrive in good health. Those showing signs of illness will not be admitted.
Please bring labeled personal items (milk/snacks/diapers/spare clothes). Kiddocarers are trained in CPR, First Aid, and basic care routines.
If a child becomes unwell, distressed, or diﬃcult to manage, parents will be called to retrieve them.
Allergies, special needs, or medical conditions must be declared in the form.
Kiddocare is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.
