By filling up & submitting this form before, you have agreed to the following:

•  This Pop-Up Nanny service is FREE and only available to event participants of the Konvensyen Wanita Selangor 2025.
• Children accepted: 2 to 12 years old only.
• Parents/guardians must stay on-site at the venue during the session and remain reachable at all times.
• All children must arrive in good health. Those showing signs of illness will not be admitted.
• Please bring labeled personal items (milk/snacks/diapers/spare clothes). Kiddocarers are trained in CPR, First Aid, and basic care routines.
• If a child becomes unwell, distressed, or difficult to manage, parents will be called to retrieve them.
• Allergies, special needs, or medical conditions must be declared in the form.
• Kiddocare is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.
